At Love Hard, we process and ship orders with care to ensure your gear arrives fast and ready to wear.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high- demands drop or limited releases, processing times may extend slightly. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email, so you follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
Love Hard is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control -- but we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damage Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopifymandatory@gmail.com, and we'll take care of you.
Limited Release Disclaimer
All Love Hard drops are produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked.
Due to the exclusive nature of limited release:
- All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective
- We cannot guarantee size or color availability after launch
- Items may sell out quickly without notice
